Nostra Dominator Belgian Brown Extract Ale

This Belgian Brown style beer is brown in color, with a faint hop aroma and a mildly fruity nose. Belgian yeast and caramel grain contribute to its unique aroma and slightly nutty/biscuit/toffee taste. Belgian candi syrup adds a nice warming alcohol effect that mellows with 2 to 3 months age.

This extract ale kit comes with yeast, select which type of yeast you'd like included with the kit using the selection list. While using liquid yeast is usually recommended (in this case, the Wyeast 3787), if you are looking for something a little more inexpensive, if it is a gift, or if it is being shipped the BE-256 Abbaye dry yeast works quite well for this kit. The dry yeast (BE-256 Abbaye) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
