Brewer's Best® Belgian Candi Sugar is authentic crystalized beet sugar. It is in diamond from without strings and no straining is needed. Color in dilution depends on the amount of sugar used and the volume of liquid. Its use increases alcohol and lightens body. 

This is 1 lb of the light version of the Belgian Candi rock sugar.
