Another excellent book by Jeff Cox, Cellaring Wine focuses more on the selection of and caring for wines once they have been fermented and put up in bottles. 

This book includes in-depth discussions on such things as the optimal temperature for storing different wines, how to tell when wines are at their peak, and other neat tricks that will help heighten anyone's wine making or drinking experience.
