Wyeast 2633 Octoberfest Lager Blend

Wyeast 2633 Octoberfest Lager is a blend of lager strains that is designed to produce a rich, malty, complex and full bodied Octoberfest style beer. It attenuates well while leaving plenty of malt character and mouthfeel. This strain is low in sulfur production.

Temperature Range: 48-58° F (9-14° C)
Alcohol Tolerance: approximately 9% ABV
