WLP002 White Labs English Ale

WLP002 English Ale is a classic ESB strain from one of England's largest independent breweries. This yeast is best suited for English style ales including milds, bitters, porters, and English style stouts. This yeast will leave a beer very clear, and will leave some residual sweetness.

Attenuation: 63-70%
Flocculation: Very High
Optimum Ferment Temp: 65-68°F (18-20°C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium

Note: We send out our yeast on Mondays and in warm weather we include a cold pack for protection. 

Note: This is a special order item, please allow for an extra week for delivery. We can order any White Labs yeast you are looking for. We usually place our orders by Monday, receive the yeast around Thursday, and then ship it out the following Monday.
