WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt Yeast from White Labs is a traditional Alt yeast from Dusseldorf, Germany. Produces clean, slightly sweet alt beers. Does not accentuate hop flavor as WLP029 German Ale/Kolsch does.

Flocculation:  Medium
Optimum Ferment Temp.:  65-69°F (18-20°C)
Alcohol Tolerance:  Medium
