What the Fuggle?! Scottish Ale Extract

What the Fuggle?! Scottish Ale is a traditional Scottish Export Ale with a rich, malty backbone and mild hop bitterness and flavor from the Fuggle hops. At only 5% ABV, this is a very sessionable Scottish ale that you’ll be happy to drink a few of. Alternately, bump up the gravity with a pound of brown sugar or DME. This is also a great time saving brew, with just a 30 minute boil, you’ll have a great beer for any time of year in little time!

This kit comes with yeast. Choose which type you'd like to use from the options above. We recommend using Wyeast 1728. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
