Unkel Eric's Dunkelweizen - All Grain Kit

Classy and tasty, this dark German wheat beer has notes of chocolate and banana without being too rich or heavy. Lightly hopped to balance a slight sweetness, this beer is smooth and refreshing and makes a great companion for food. Uncle Eric says “Cheers!”

This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like using the pick list. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.

We send out items with liquid yeast at the beginning of the week and include a cold pack to ensure freshness.
