Terrace Pilsner - All Grain Kit

Terrace Pilsner is a continental Pilsner of assertive hoppiness and moderate maltiness. The hop character is meant to be noticed. This is an easy-to-brew classic that any beer lover will enjoy.

For crisp, true lager flavors ferment or store at cool temperatures (50-55°F and below).

Note: The use of lager yeast requires a constant temperature of 50°F and below maintained throughout fermentation.

This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd prefer above. Because this beer is a lager, it's not a bad idea to either purchase a second yeast pack or make a yeast starter. We prefer using the liquid yeast (Wyeast 2278 and WLP830) for this kit. The dry yeast (S-23) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
