Summertime Fruit Ale - All Grain Kit

Our fruit beer recipe is a generic one designed to be used with various fruits of your choice. We have intended it to produce a beer of moderate fruitiness. You may add more or less fruit depending on your personal tastes.

This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like above. We prefer using Wyeast 1450. The dry yeast (US-05) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
