This beer will develop dark fruit aromas, like raisin, cherry, and plum. Fruity, peppery, bready, and caramel flavors will blend nicely with the presence of alcohol. This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like above. And because this is such a high gravity beer, we recommend purchasing a second yeast pack or making a starter. We recommend using one of the liquid yeasts. The dry yeast (Abbaye) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
