Scaredy Cat Oatmeal Stout from Vintage Extract Kit

The Vintage’s pitch black stout is packed with the rich malt flavors of chocolate, caramel, molasses and espresso and is brewed with a large portion of rolled oats for a well-rounded, "chewy" mouthfeel. This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like above. However, the Vintage uses Wyeast 1028, so to be authentic...

The dry yeast (S-04) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
