Rhine Kolsch - All Grain Kit

The Rhine Kolsch homebrewing kit is clean and crisp from a generous helping of pilsner malt. The kolsch yeast lends soft flavors of sweet apples and soft stone fruits. A lovely spring and summer session beer, although it makes for delicious drinking all-year round.

A great choice if you like light lagers but can't ferment at lager temperature.

This all grain kolsch kit includes liquid beer yeast, select which you'd like above. We recommend Wyeast 2565. However, if you are having this shipped, then we recommend the Koln dry yeast as it will hold up better during shipping.
