Oak Infusion Spiral - American Medium Plus Toast

Want to add oak flavor but don't have a spare oak barrel? Oak infusion spirals are a great alternative. Use 1 stick per 3 gallons, but you can cut the spirals down to adjust to different batch sizes or oakiness. 2 sticks per pack. These spirals are American oak and are medium plus toast.

• Light will be the most mellow of the toast levels
• Medium adds a little toast character, more vanilla
• Medium Plus increases toast character, even more vanilla
• Heavy toast is the most intense of the toast levels, great for heavy beers or big red wines
• American oak tends to be a little bolder and have more vanilla
• French oak tends to be more subtle and slightly spicy
