Nelson RyePA Extract Kit

This Rye Pale Ale kit highlights a fruity New Zealand hop, called Nelson Sauvin, that is often said have the same complexity as many white wines. We decided to pair this with the unique spiciness imparted by Rye Malt. Expect this beer to be bold and in your face with a soft and subtle side, much like our dear friend, Nelson Muntz (not pictured due to copyright).

This kit comes with liquid yeast. Choose which kind of yeast you'd like to use from the list above. We recommend Wyeast 1450. The dry yeast (BRY-97) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
