Melany malt is a base malt that is similar to Munich malt but has a more intense malty flavor and aroma, with hints of biscuit. 

A great choice as a base malt for a Bock or as part of the grain bill for any malty style. We love it for alt biers!

This is a 55 lb bag of Dutch Melany malt. We also sell Melany malt in 1 oz increments and as a 10 lb Melany Malt bag. Please note that the 55 lb bag of Melany malt is a special order item so please allow an extra week for delivery.
