The German Hallertau hop is traditionally a superior German aroma hop. Mild to semi-strong floral and citrus aroma, versatile bittering and finishing. Also has excellent flavor. Used for Wheats, Altbiers, Pilsners, Belgian Ales, American and German Lagers. Alpha Acid: ~4%
