Gemütlichkeit Octoberfest is malty, smooth and has a slightly hoppy bitterness. It is moderately high in alcohol and should be drunk with pleasure and comfort in mind.

Note: The use of lager yeast requires a constant temperature of 50°F and below maintained throughout fermentation.

This homebrew Oktoberfest kit includes a liquid yeast, select which you'd like to use above. We recommend using Wyeast 2633 Octoberfest Blend. It's a good idea to purchase a second WLP833 or Wyeast 2633 yeast pack or make a yeast starter with this kit.
