Dirac Sea Schwarzbier Extract Kit

Dirac Sea Schwarzbier is a dark take on the classic black lager that gets its dark color from Midnight Wheat, so it's dark without much roasty bitterness. With a noble hop assortment and lagered to perfection, this extract home brewed beer is sure to become an old favorite.

Note: The use of lager yeast requires a constant temperature of 50°F and below maintained throughout fermentation.

This extract lager kit comes with yeast, select which you'd prefer above. Because this beer is a lager, it's not a bad idea to either purchase a second yeast pack or make a yeast starter. The dry yeast (S-23) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast (which we prefer to the dry yeast) to help ensure freshness.
