The Ardennes Belgian IPA Partial Mash homebrew kit blends the complexity of Belgian yeasts with the powerful fruitiness of American IPAs. And because this is a partial mash kit, the Pilsen and Belgian malts will finish this beer off perfectly with a solid malt backbone and smooth mouth-feel. The Belgian Candi syrup adds a unique sweetness that is the proverbial icing on the cake... Or foamy head on the beer, in this case!

This partial mash ale kit comes with yeast. Due to the high gravity of this beer, we recommend either making a yeast starter or purchasing a second pack of yeast. Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes is our favorite yeast for this beer. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
