Flight of the Kiwi IIPA - All Grain Kit

The Kiwi is a small flightless bird native to New Zealand. The Kiwi will never be able to experience the joy and freedom of flight, or will it?  Drinking a few bottles of this high gravity highly hopped Imperial India Pale Ale may be enough to make anyone feel like they’re flying.  Brewed with all New Zealand hops, expect a citrusy hop character atop a decent malt backbone followed by a fairly dry finish!

This all-grain IIPA homebrew kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like above. Also, because this is such a high gravity beer, we recommend purchasing a second WLP001 or Wyeast 1056 yeast pack or making a yeast starter. The dry yeast (US-05) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
