Fade to Black IPA - All Grain Kit

Hoppy like an IPA with a hint of roastiness like a stout, Black IPAs, or Cascadian Darks, or whatever you would like to call them, are quickly becoming a popular beer style. The 5 oz of Columbus and Centennial hops give the beer plenty of bitterness and a distinctive American edge. The yeast should finish clean with a slight fruitiness, really letting the hops shine through.

This all grain ale kit comes with yeast, select which one you'd like to use from the list above. If you're having the kit shipped, we recommend using the BRY-97 West Coast dry yeast since it does not need refrigeration, otherwise the Wyeast 1272 American Ale II works great for this kit. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
