European Munich Light Malt 55 lb (Holland - Swaen)

This Light Munich malt can be used for the basis of coppery, malty beers such as Bocks and Munich Dunkels. It can also be used to impart a rich malty flavor and aroma, mouth-feel, and head retention. We love it as as addition to stouts!
