One way to get even closer and more involved with the brewing process is to grow some of your own ingredients. To that end, we have some hop rhizomes. Plant them in the spring, take care of them like you would a new plant, and you'll get some vines that will produce hops. Year one you won't get a lot but you will get some. Year two you will see an increase in production. Year three is when you hit the big time. A single healthy hop plant can produce up to two lbs. of hops. Sweet!
