Dingemans Aromatic malt is a 2-row Munich-style barley malt from Belgium. European-style dark malt that imparts a clean, intensely malty flavor and aroma with a deep reddish color. Aromatic malt clearly improves flavor stability. This malt is rather low in diastatic power therefore it can only be used up to 30% of the grist. ~20 Lovibond.
