Burton water salt is a combination of gypsum, Epsom salts, and potassium chloride used to harden water and mimic the water of Burton-on-Trent, famous for making excellent pale ales.

Also contains papain to prevent chill haze. This one 1/3 oz package is sufficient for 5 gallons.
