Dark Prince Wheatwine - All Grain Kit

With 2 oz. of local Gorst Valley Galena hops balanced with 18 lbs of malt, this all-grain Black Wheatwine will surely mature into a king and inspire its own epic lore. If you have patience, allow this beer to age for at least six months. You’ll be glad you did.

While this kit doesn't come with them, we recommend using rice hulls in your mash.

This tastes delicious with oak staves or chips!

This all grain ale kit includes yeast, select which type you'd like to use from the list above. Due to the high gravity of this beer, we recommend that you add a second yeast pack of either WLP007 or Wyeast 1056 or make a yeast starter. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness and send our beer kits a the beginning of the week.
