Belgian Dubbel Ale - All Grain Kit

This Belgian Dubbel style beer is dark amber in color, with a faint hop aroma and a malty nose. Belgian yeast and caramel grain contribute to its unique aroma and slightly nutty/biscuit taste. Belgian candi sugar adds a nice warming alcohol effect that mellows with 2 to 3 months age.

This all grain ale kit comes with yeast, select which one you'd like to use from the list above. We recommend using the WLP500 Monestary Ale liquid yeast. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
