Raspberry Fruit Wine Base 1 gallon (Vintner's Harvest)

This Vintner's Harvest Raspberry fruit base is a blend of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for raspberry wine blend at 18.9 Brix. This 1 gallon container of concentrate is intended to make 6 gallons of wine, however for additional body you may want to add additional raspberries or raspberry puree. Instructions are on the side of the packaging.

Wine yeast not included. Recommended Yeast: Lalvin K1V-1116 or Red Star Montrachet.
