Using the Swaen Brown Supreme malt intensifies a beer's body and smoothness. It also promotes head formation and retention. Brown Supreme malt imparts intense caramel and biscuit aromas.

This is a great malt to use in a variety of brews, including pilsners, light beers, alcohol reduced beers, Bocks, brown ales, and other dark beers.
