WLP510 White Labs Bastogne Belgian Ale
WLP510 Bastogne Belgian Ale is a high gravity, Trappist style ale yeast. Produces dry beer with slight acidic finish. More ‘clean’ fermentation character than WLP500 or WLP530. Not as spicy as WLP530 or WLP550. Excellent yeast for high gravity beers, Belgian ales, dubbels and trippels
Optimum Ferment Temp: 66-72°F
Alcohol Tolerance: High
This yeast is available January and February and is a special order item. Please allow an extra week for delivery.
We send out our liquid yeast at the beginning of the week and include a cold pack during warm months to ensure freshness.
