Grapefruit Puree 49 oz Tin (Vintner's Harvest)
This grapefruit puree is prepared from ruby grapefruit juice and pulp. It has been commercially sterilized, and can be used right from the can. Always use the fruit purees in the primary or secondary fermenter or in the beer kettle after you've turned off the heat. We don't recommend boiling fruit because it cooks off some of the fruit character and releases the pectin, which will cloud up your beer.
