Munich Malt 1 oz (Belgian - Dingemans)
Belgian Munich malt imparts a malty flavor and aroma as well as an orange/amber hue to beer. Improves character and full-bodiness of beer. Has enough diastatic power to convert itself, but needs help if used with adjuncts -- use as up to 80% in Amber beers, Stouts, Bock beers, and lagers. Use as up to 100% of the grist for Munich Dunkels.
