Biscuit Malt 1 oz (Belgian - Dingemans)
Belgian Biscuit malt is a toasted malt that provides a warm bread or biscuit flavor and aroma and lends a garnet-brown color to beer. Use 5-15% of Biscuit malt in your grain bill. This malt has no enzymes so must be mashed with malts having surplus diastatic power.
