Our winemaking kits are designed
to help you produce the best wine possible from our Californian
wine concentrates or from your own fresh fruit. We have over 20
years of winemaking experience and also farm a 5 acre vineyard where
we produce wine grapes for our local customers. To make wine you
only have to decide what kind you desire to make, and how much you
want to make. Usually people decide on gallon jugs or multiples
of them, or upon 5 gallon carboys, or as many of them as you want.
From wine concentrates you can have 5 gallons of wine ready to ferment
in 15 minutes after opening the concentrate. From your own fresh
fruit you can have it made in 1-2 hours, depending on the type of
fruit you use. You can be drinking your wine in as little as 5 weeks,
or it may take 6 or more months to have it finished fermenting and
clear enough to bottle.

Large Fruit Press - $20 per day. ~10 gallon basket size, ratchet-style press. Perfect for those big batches. You will want to crush the fruit before using this press.
Small Press - $14 per day. These presses have a 2-2.5 gallon basket capacity and work great for smaller batches of fruit. You will want to crush the fruit before using this press.
Electric Fruit Crusher - $20 per day. Works great for any type of fruit, especially useful for apples.
Manual Grape Crusher - $14 per day. Perfect for crushing grapes and other smaller fruits, like raspberries. Not great for apples.
Red Floor Corker - $6 per day. Perfect for corking wine bottles.
Blue Champagne Floor Corker - $6 per day. Perfect for corking any type of wine bottle, but definitely the cork you'll want to use if you are bottling champagne or Belgian beer bottles.
