ProMash
ProMash is designed to meet any brewer's needs,
from the Home Brewer to the Professional Micro Brewer. ProMash
is organized with an intuitive interface built for needs specific
to the brewing process and has a complete, context sensitive
Help system.
Wherever possible, ProMash strictly adheres
to the methods of prediction and analysis set forth by the
American Society of Brewing Chemists.
ProMash runs on the Windows 95, 98, ME, NT,
2000 and XP operating systems and is also compatible with
the Macintosh using Virtual PC and Linux using Wine.

BrewWizard Recipe Calculator
This is the shareware version of the BrewWizard
Recipe Calculator. It has virtually all the capabilities of
the Recipe Calculator in the commercial version of the BrewWizard
Brewer's Encyclopedia System (also referred to as the Full
BrewWizard System). In the Full BrewWizard System, the Recipe
Calculator is only one of four major components.

SUDS
is a brewer's database and log program. SUDS 6.X is for Windows
9x/NT/ME or 2000. This program provides a single place to
put all of your recipes, log entries and miscellaneous brewing
comments. Provided is a formatted log entry system, Recipe
formulator, water addition calculator and a host of other
features. There is now a handheld version for Windows CE as
well. Finally you can bring your recipe formulator into your
brewery with you.

Virtual Winery 2
- the VIRTUAL Winery System (VWS2) was designed to forecast
the financial position and resource requirements of a winery
operation. The model creates a detailed financial forecast
for ten years (Year 1 - Monthly, Years 2 and 3 - quarterly,
and Years 4 and 10 - annually). The forecast includes balance
sheets and statements of operations, cash flow, marketing
and administrative expenses, production costs, inventory
movements and footnote disclosures. In addition, production
statistics, including forecasted barrel requirements of
both new and used barrels, are reported. If your winery
is in South Africa, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia, just
check "metric" on the system set-up screen and
the entire system is converted to metric measurements and
default report paper size is changed to European A4.

| WineCalc
2.X - WineCalc is a helper application of
The Home Winemaking Page. It can be used to:
- Calculate the amount of sugar that needs
to be added to archieve a particular target SG or alcohol
content in the finished wine.
- Calculate acidity adjustments.
- Calculate the proportions, in which to
blend two wines.
- Convert various measurements between the
Metric, US and Imperial systems.
