This Blackberry Cabernet wine concentrate kit has the natural combination of slight tart acidity with the pleasant sweetness that makes blackberries so appealing is the perfect complement to the robust and lively Cabernet backing.

These kits come with everything you'll need to make a great wine, including the yeast, preservatives, clarifiers, and if called for, oak.

Island Mist kits make 6 gallons (~30 bottles) of a refreshing, light in alcohol drink. Perfect for sipping around the pool!
