We'd like to introduce you to our newest fun thing, the Beer Kit of the Month Club. Members of the Club get an ingredient kit that is exclusive to club members. The kits are designed with the time of year, newest brewing styles, unusual and unique ingredients in mind. For more details, click here!

To ensure that we have a specific kit in stock, either call us at 1-800-657-5199 or 257-0099 or e-mail us at wineandhop@gmail.com at least 24 hours before you come into the shop and we'll make sure that your kit is ready for you. Thanks!

Yeast is included in the price of all of our kits. Most come with a Wyeast liquid yeast pack, unless noted.

The Badger Dark is an interesting beer. It's dark and has a nice roasted character but is not thick or high in alcohol like stouts can be, so it goes down easy and delicious. Includes dry yeast. $30.99

Grey Moon Porter
The lighter of our two porters, the Grey Moon has a nice roasted, almost burnt malt aroma and is balanced with enough hops as to not be cloyingly sweet. An easy drinking porter that should be at it's peak after just a few weeks in the bottle or keg. $37.99

Smokey Hallow Porter
Smokey Hallow Porter is a dark, almost black, slightly sweet, slightly smokey brew of medium bitterness, mild burnt malt flavor, and light roasted barley taste. It is characteristic of its style. If you like this porter, you probably also like stouts. We have a St Patrick's Day Stout Contest near St Patrick’s Day each year. Gestalt Alt
Our alt recipe produces a prelager style of German ale. It is a complex and malty beer, with a dense, rocky head during fermentation. High flocculation. Depending on the fermentation temperature, you'll get quite different beers. So try making one in the winter and then one in the summer and compare and contrast! $40.99

Smokey Bear Dark Alt
This beer is loosely based on a Dusseldorf style alt bier. Smokey Bear has a nice malty finish coupled with little hop bitterness and a mild-to-medium roasted flavor. You can enjoy this dark German ale after a couple weeks in the bottle, but it will improve with 2 or 3 months of aging. $40.99
